Stride Gallery/Mountain Standard Time

Everything was fantastic during installation of our show at Stride in Calgary. Aside from a few minor gaffes, the performance was a spectacular success! The turnout was amazing and the gallery was packed with our best audience ever. Calgarian artists and art patrons really know how to participate in a singalong!

I met so many interesting people over the week and it was a great time (and an exhausting time) of running around to all the events. Extra thanks go to Hilary Knutson, Caitlin Thomson, Amy (sorry, I didn’t get your last name!) and the board at Stride and also to Nicole Burisch and Erica Brisson and everyone at Mountain Standard Time. Also, much gratitude to Scott Rogers for writing our essay. Thanks to all the artists for making the week so fun all around!

If anyone has footage of Dick Averns mouthing the lyrics of our whole set from memory, please send it to us!

There are some images of the installation in the Photodocumentation section on the right sidebar.
